Also, the US has surrounded China with military bases and yet China is being the aggressor.

And people wonder why Taiwan is contested. It has nothing to do with “Taiwan’s independence” rather the complete navel containment of China.
Exactly, the sad thing is that people do not see the obvious.
And at no time am I defending Russia or China because both governments are totally tyrannical, but you have to put it in context to understand that the United States is equal or worse than them.
That is always my main contention. Everything in its proper context and, at least for myself, all for the purpose of stopping wars from ever starting in the first place.
China IS the aggresor. There isn't one single country around it who hasn't had or still has territorial conflicts with them.
