There are still 21M BTC, people will sell, but still there are less BTC than millionaires. Number of BTC will remain 21M and number of millionaires will go up.

There really aren't 21M BTC - so many have been "lost"...

I've seen estimates that say only 14-15M are truly remaining...

Good point. Means it’s even more scarce. Point I was making is more will be willing to sell at higher price than the 1.5M currently available. Or maybe not.
