I guess it’s why they say all wars are bankers wars.

They also always say that when politicians are given the choice between increasing taxes, decreasing spending, or inflating the currency, they always pick inflation.

Maybe most nations are limited to these three options, but perhaps the US has a fourth choice: allow the world to descend into war and chaos by withdrawing military support and/or providing weaponry to belligerents and then profit off of military industrial complex and take the power to dictate a new financial system.
