Going to use this sun cream right here.
Natural plant oils only.

*Thought I make a post and ask Nostr:
Humans have lived and thrived in the sun for thousands of years without sunscreen. As soon as sunscreen was introduced and recommended, skin cancer rates skyrocketed. You don’t need it unless you eat a lot of seed oils. If that’s the case, then maybe apply it to your skin after spending a good amount of time in the sun before you start to burn. Or just get out of the sun before you burn. I never burn.
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing 💜🧡
I had skin cancer a few years ago. These days, I tend to cover up and use sunscreen when there’s a risk of getting burned. Otherwise, I try to get as much sunlight as possible, though it can be challenging in the UK. 🌧️
Glad you’re healthy again. I’ll probably just avoid sunscreen as much as possible. And just watch not getting burned.
