No opposition in senate. It's not really anti-mining. It just removes incentives for load balancing, which is fine with me. Meanwhile, the wind turbine companies are struggling to stay out of bankruptcy. Also fine with me.

It's definately obstructionist, but I generally oppose govt incentives. The incentive should be that the govt never picks favorites. But there are still vested interests here in TX.
