monero is not traceable bro.

its always good advice to avoid exchanges but the churning you recommend is basically unnecessary unless you think you might be under targeted surveillance and have leaked some off chain data (time of tx, exchange interaction etc)

none of the examples you give were due to monero being traced. they were all either interaction with bitcoin or an exchange.

I agree that the monero design keeps it secure, however interaction and conversions to fiat, one way or another, makes it exposed

And ppl have to be aware of it and secure every single step on a way out...
