This avoids a lot of cross-mint and mint-trust headaches which has always turned me off of ecash.
I have similar hesitation about ecash (maybe could be convinced otherwise, although I do like offline / liquidity issues it sounds like it solves).
We’re now using zapp.ie internally for our incentive system. We use LNbits the the “Evil Corp Bucks” :-) Essential corps just need an internal accounting system.
but if the org is the mint you trust, it seems like it would be way easier to onboard employees with an ecash mint and wallet
