it might have been if it gave me a choice, or detected that I already had a different app installed and used it instead. just opening a 3rd party site with no user input is a terrible default option.

There’s no way for us to know what apps are installed on your device.. that would be a huge privacy problem.

There’s always that user that wants thing differently, no matter what.
