I am the same offline not confrontation al at all 90% of arguments are not worth my time

I live the self-censor mode all the time. Except maybe a few seconds per month!
I'm horrible 24/7 lol
... but I do try to err on the side of politeness when in a professional setting or in mixed company.
I love to ask questions like βif you are in debt to someone do you get to tell them what to do?β That kicks off understanding of the actual relationship between bankers and their employees in government
