in a world full of evil of course they corrupt everything right down to the smallest thing.

i pick the milk that comes from the cows they let run around the paddocks on the Azores islands. I've tried almost every option i have available and the brand i prefer is the one that tastes like it's what they say it is: grass fed cow milk.

it is not a solution to a world of evil to revert to feeding yourself with stuff that makes you weak and damages your health.

the people who spread so much propaganda about the absolute worst, and by this i also mean american and european standard of animal raising, are just tools for people who are trying to sell you genetically modified plant based artificial food that is nothing like what our digestive systems are adapted for. people like Bill Gates are who are giving money to the NGOs that make scare films about the worst kinds of animal production practises.

honestly, i need to eat so that i'm not constantly sick. if you are healthy eating that seed garbage, good for you but it was killing me. literally killing me.

you can make all the oat tea you want but it's not gonna make you healthy. oat seeds are rat food. something that would be somewhat natural for a gopher but not at all for a hominid. we are adapted to eating cooked and fermented foods, and mostly ruminant meat and milk.

i honestly can't be fucked saying any more or trying to dig up more about how wrong it is to feed humans on seeds or seed oils. but i will just say that my skin has dramatically cleared up since only drinking milk and not consuming anything with sunflower or rapeseed oil.

Do you have any authentic sources about seed oils? 😊 and I am really sorry that this made you sick.

Pretty cool you have something like that next to you , so you also get good milk. And you’re right, just because world is evil doesn’t mean we should feed ourselfs with potentially unhealthy things.

Human race first evolved as nomades and traveled to the places where they find food, probably mostly wild fruits like monkeys ate until they discovered tools for hunting and processing - they became also meat eaters. We started to settle and invented agriculture, and now it’s all one big and unhealthy piece of agriculture, trying to feed everyone. Most people today could probably never kill an animal but eat them like it’s nothing, but here we are. Totally blind in respecting other living beings, focused on hustling.

I am actually very glad that people here have less mass manipulated opinions.

But that people stand up for animals that get abused for our advantage and trying to find a way to live without this mass cruelty is in my opinion ethical, logical & not a conspiracy. (Cruelty not because of killing them but because of how reckless we treat and then kill them) They do it because they don’t know better, just like me. Why shouldn’t it be like that? Why should they treat these animals good and give every each of them teh attention they need. With the amount of required animals not possible. I think your believe that it’s mostly nice and animalfriendly is not that true. This world is made for maximal profit. Most meat is from mass industry. Imagine a little cage is enough for me, preventively giving all of them antibiotics. Ugh. So sad that it’s hard for us to change that, we would all need to go back to simple farming life or something like that.

I ate shit my whole life, and I am just exploring nutritions. Very grateful for this convo.

I just want to live in peace with the world & don’t buy shitty milk/meat/eggs/whatever from a shitty place. :D

Same could be said for stuff where humans get exploited.

You convinced me to visit the farmer in the next village to check how the cows are doing and eventually find out if milk makes me feel better. But I think they also live inside a box their whole life, no cow meadow. Maybe I’ll find another one.

Maybe some people really need it because of their individual lack of nutrition, like you, maybe some people are healthy with seed oil, maybe it will have bad consequences in years! Or they just live healthy without drinking milk or eating meat.

Staying curious 👀😊 thanks for your time!
