There is enough space to have a dust bath in the corner without it swiftly filling the food and water dishes upon use. 
Next is to build him better water and food dispensers so they stay clean longer.

My quail like standard chick waterers, you won't *have to* change it often, but it'll get dirty pretty quickly...

I also have a hanging poultry waterer, it stays clean longer, but I'm not sure if all of my birds have it figured out.
