what change did you notice ?
marketing towards fans by using artists to promote new songs through fan service videos on the app.

fan service > stans/fans will go on tidal to see the video, sign up for free trial. the more they do artist exclusives by popular artists in the stan community, they will achieve more users. i can go more in depth on it, but that’s too much energy for something i don’t get paid for.
i’ve been intrigued by tidal and how to grow its user base for some years. it’s so simple too, i just wish they had some better employees that can help. they always seem to be on the right track but always miss the target.
It’s interesting that they have much less users than Spotify or Apple Music. I find their service much better so far
it is i agree, just lacks actually good marketing, may seem unimportant but the easiest way for them to grow users.

Particularly the custom playlist (daily discovery or mixes) and when it generates a playlist randomly from the last song you played. They do it the best. The others aren’t even close
