I tried starting a newspaper with QR codes on it advertising stuff like nostr. Distributed hundreds of copies but people were not interested.

Now the nsec is misplaced and I haven't tried too hard to recover it because writing quality articles fast enough to keep up with the news cycle is extremely hard, and it was taking up my entire days for that little while I tried it, delaying other important projects.

I plan to get it started again at some point, ideally with others helping to make it both easier and less pointless. Nobody offers me help with more important projects yet, so I'm waiting for more support before I have time.

Another major goal with this newspaper project would be to publish articles by inmates and find inmates who make good reporters and pundits. Having others helping run the newspaper, while the newspaper already has a reputation for giving a voice to inmates, would also help ensure the government has to martyr me in a worse way than normal imprisonment in order to ever silence me. With normal imprisonment, I'd just have tons of time to write and refine articles while others are waiting on nostr to publish them.
