Do they keep custody of the collateral or is it some kind of multisig setup with another party Involved?
It seems they have the option of offering multisig upon request, otherwise the custody the collateral.

Nice! If there's the option I'd definitely recommend doing a multisig though, just to prevent being rugged along the way.
