I feel that here sometimes
Lol 🤣 I’ve mostly stopped zapping every little post/comment people make. It’s not natural and creates strange expectations. People posting voluminous amounts of nonsense and ripped off memes, etc. in the hopes of snagging a couple sats here and there. It’s much better in my opinion to send fewer larger zaps when someone posts something of substance, something I truly resonate with, something which makes me respect the amount of time and effort they put into it, etc.
zapping 21 sats anonymously is the standard for me
I go big when needed, like when appropriate
Likes are dead to me at this point… unless someone makes a prism post asking for them 🤣

Haha good point. Zapathon is an exception I guess because that’s the whole point of it. Although I’ve lost a lot of interest in zapathon too because of people taking advantage of it to milk sats and not zapping others back. And it’s always the same handful of recycled gifs from Tenor.com. Lol

I hear you. I see a lot of names pop up on my feed pretty much only on those two days but then for 30 min flat. Plus, we can't break anything these days so it isn't what it used to be. Still like it though, it's part of nostr's history and fun. But yeah, not as much as it used to be.
Agreed. Even I show my naked butt fir zaps but even that is hard work. Hard work is different for everyone and some have no experience with those differences professions.
Zap the people that entertain you or lend some value to your day. Acumen zaps are best.
