Did anyone come up with a good word for adding a paid relay as read-only so that it's free, but it's not a free relay?

If not, how about F2R = free to read?

free vs. F2R vs. paid

I've just found it to be a mouthful and some confusion around "add a paid relay, but don't pay for it".
