Same sort of thing happened to me on farcaster/warpcast. The sad thing is they are advertising themselves as SuFfIcIeNtLy DeCeNtRaLiZeD.
Reminds me almost exactly of my experience with Cash App. Such a poor customer experience.
Starts to make me wonder if these customer support teams are just awful, or if there is some government regulation that prevents appeals and prevents telling the customer why their account was locked.
