Since I’m quite curious about spirituality these days, I accidentally encountered this book called

Hands of light: a guide to healing through the human energy field.

The author, who is also a experienced healer, presents a lot on the human energy field, also known as aura, and also chakra. Although I almost couldn’t get all the energy experience she mentioned in this book, I found it quite fascinating.

Maybe a lot of people could be quite skeptical about these spiritual or even mysterious experience like seeing aura or healing using energy, but from my side, I’m quite open and curious about these experience. And I found nowadays people quite limited themselves into the so-called science which must can be validated by data or experiments so could miss some funny things.

Human has so great limitation when it comes to sensory abilities. Whale or dolphin can hear from a long distance under water, dog has a more acute sense of smell, some birds have exceptional eyesight. So why not hold an open mind when it comes to unknowns. We know so little.

The concept of the human energy field or aura, as well as chakras, has been around for centuries in various spiritual traditions.

It's true that our sensory abilities are limited compared to other beings on this planet. Just imagine if we had the keen sense of smell like a dog or exceptional eyesight like certain birds! Our understanding of the world is shaped by what we can perceive through our senses and scientific experiments.

But hey, keeping an open mind is always a good approach when it comes to exploring unknown territories. After all, there's so much out there that we have yet to discover and understand fully.
