I've never really used kdenlive before, or created animation with Python & ffmpeg 🤔

Its not the most intuitive, but its definitely powerful

I used kdenlive for the first time two weeks ago to sitch two clips together and it was easy enough.

I used it to make a dbz clip when odell and saylor had beef. It took some time to learn but there is still so much more you can do. The tools felt endless.

💯 agree, so many tools and options, seems mindboggling when you start. I got some stuff figured out though. Similar level of complexity to something like learning GIMP for editing photos. Except this time AI exists so getting answers to questions is way easier.

I want to do more with it sometime. But my needs for video editing are so limited.

Like Ryan said though, being able to ask AI how to do things in Linux programs is a godsend. I've done it for Blender, Gimp, and Kdenlive at this point. It's great to have personalized hand holding.
