Textbook definition of a spammer: 5+ absolutely equal messages in a short period of time.

Maybe. Some of the clients are glitchy and can cause the same note post multiple times within seconds.

Sure, but it will still hit every type of filter people have built to deal with spam in Nostr.
Also, verification services need to stop doing this thing in the feed. It's dumb. You can do it via private messages with the service and get the same effect.
