Engine Degreaser odor does not wash off with alcohol, butane, Windex, or soap. I imagine bleach might work but it also takes the hide off too, in addition to smelling as bad or worse than engine degreaser. Any ideas #asknostr ?
Try mixing some hydrogen peroxide, washing up liquid and bicarb. Scrub away and then lemon water
