From my Alby wallet I can't send sats to people with Walletofsatoshi?

But I don't understand if this is a problem with Alby or WoS.

Does this happen to you too?

As of late there seems to be a net-split in the lightning network. A and B can transact, C and D can transact, but A and B can't transact with C and D.
