I’m exploring a human welcoming committee app idea. How do we find legit new users and reach out to them, welcome them, help them find the people and content that they’ll be interested in and connect them to that community. I think we could beat algorithms which drive us to adiction and advertising with people power, human curation, and community.

I am trying to start my own podcast, and I was wondering how to start, especially with tools from nostr. For example, recording my conversations with people, mic setups, and all the fun stuff. In the past when I did underground radio, it was all set up for me, so now I am working at square one.
This may be a fun way for you as well to incorporate the welcoming committee app idea.

(I’ve been yaking on and on about how nostr needs “web of trust” to combat bots and bad actors, and how “social onboarding” will ensure new users get “plugged in” right away.)
