If you understand both you understand more of why Bitcoin is important because unfortunately politics do matter. Even though the world would be better without politicians, there will always be people politicizing things even in a completely voluntaryist society

Bitcoin, like a river, will naturally choose a path of least resistance. Politics are the rocks that try to obstruct flow. People can fight over what they believe but bitcoin will still continue to work the same as it does today.
