Less demand from inscriptions + continuesly rising hashrate.
"demand from inscriptions" ... To me this was a clear attack on Bitcoin that cost many millions of USD. It will return but to keep it up would be less disruptive, so they will attack in waves.
Increasing hashrate results in an increased difficulty every two weeks so it should not have much of an impact.
Blocks come every 10 minutes +-5%.
