I noticed I get different notifications on different Nostr apps and not all of them are shown. Is this a relay issue and is there a workaround for it?

I ask because I wasn't aware someone replied to me until I loaded a new Nostr app to try out and there it was. It wasn't shown on any of the other apps I'm testing out.
