If you have wine relay (its paid but is amazing) make sure you are using their filter relay. It aggregates form the largest public relays and broadcasts to a bunch of large public relays.

you can also add wss://blastr.f7z.xyz its a free relay that will blast your posts to a ton of relays to make sure people can find you and see your posts even if they don't share your relays.
