I made a call to join #Nostr on all my other socials. After being here for a while, I feel obligated to share the words. Like I owe it to #Nostr. I have illustrated an image with the mighty ostrich and the color purple. Here's a copy of the call:

I've been on #Nostr for quite some time now. The decentralized social network that doesn’t have any core corporate control. Been roaming around, exploring and really getting hooked over time. I'm still figuring it out. Only got introduced to getting zapped last night. It was fun! 😬

It's lottt less drama, no ad, hugely engaging with loads of meaningful interactions. People will hear you, and you will want to listen to them. I think I've engaged in more conversations last night alone than any other social media in the last six months! It's so refreshing. You can be a lot more you.

Consider joining or at least explore it a bit. See if you like the natural freedom and openness of that space that we've constantly been robbed of.

They say it feels like the early days of the internet (and more, I'd add)! Who would want to miss it! And and and 🗣 You can swear all day and scream all the wrong words! 🫣
