Yes.. you are missing out on new accounts funny memes funny jokes and most importantly you haven't clean your world feed.. if you start using global and just start blocking the stuff you dont wanna see you made yourself a custom feed
In the past I've experienced Global as a pioneer might experience venturing Westward (America) in the 1870's. But my #nostr time has been been short. So I've focused mainly on my feed. Perhaps this weekend we shall explore a bit.
