Art supplies prices have been going up consistently in recent years. But this is not due to tariffs yet.

You are right - Trump may not follow through his tariffs. But once it is on even for temporarily, art supplies will be very expensive that I cannot afford. Since most of things are imported.

Sorry to hear about that. Where do you get your Art supplies from?

I know I stocked up on sketchbooks and journals when my local Staples shut down. And I did the same when a local art store closed down. I unwittingly got Japanese watercolors for like $5.

But I know places like Michaels and Dick Blick have sales all the time.

I use Dick Blick online and local stores (but more expensive). Jerry art supplies online (does not charge sales taxes). https://www.jerrysartarama.com/

Yea, home base is in the US. The last couple of years I've been moving around though.

Didn't know about Jerry's! But yea, the best deals I've gotten is when a store is closing down. Which is super sad.

I like the deals.

Jerry's is good; they match their prices with Blick but because of taxes i can save some. But they have fewer products than Blick.
