The beauty of that statement is that Bitcoin can be used to fund wars. But that would have to be absolutely necessary. No other alternative but war, because the costs of spending the Bitcoin to fund the war, are worth it.

Secret wars will happen under the Bitcoin standard. (My theory- that’s not well formed or thought out at this point)
