Most of it was probably water retention.

I suspect you are right

10k steps a day, drink 1-2 liters of water a day, fruit sugar, smoothies instead of artificial sugar, no softdrinks and minimal junkfood.

Think in weeks instead of days regarding calorie intake, if you make those easy things part of your daily rituals you will be better of then 50% of the people. Your welcome.

For mental health, touch grass and seek the sun on your skin.
