i hear the intention is good but ive been down that road many a time before, for over a decade and a half, and am probably just fine as is. i trust dad. :) sounds like a useful book for some folks, though. i've always been the kid that stares off into space to save processor cycles, i've been meditating my entire life, in that sense. typically to the point where the aether melts into the subjective reality, continually.

I highly doubt you've been down this road, but I'm not really in the field of persuasion.

I won't mention it again to you.

i am also rather careful, but i do appreciate the intentionality of it.

Walk out your salvation with fear and trembling as it is written.

I have been meaning to ask you something, but I don't want to sound incendiary by doing so. why does it say you're into astrology on your website? the bible forbids astrology. just curious, in earnest.

Job 38:31–33

English Standard Version

31 “Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades

or loose the cords of vOrion?

32 Can you lead forth the Mazzaroth2 in their season,

or can you guide vthe Bear with its children?

33 Do you know wthe ordinances of the heavens?

Can you establish their rule on the earth?

Genesis 1:14-19 King James Version 14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

How is it you walked away with that idea from the Bible?

from what I understand, the passages you quoted in job are God telling us mortals that we are not his equal.

I offer you this:

Isaiah 47

13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.

14 Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.

we could probably do this all day, and I am really not one to argue, though.
