I'm using primal on my Android

and it has a little bit of money in the lightning wallet

I want to use whatever the best client is on Windows with the same identity in the same wallet so that I can do it on my phone or on the Windows thing and it'll be the same guy

so how do I install on a Windows and make sure that it's the same identity and is primal the right thing on Windows or should I pick something else
