I have not looked into Amber yet. Not sure how it interacts with Web Apps. Will add it to the list though

Which nip46 apps does npub.cash work with? Is it expecting a particular relay?

It works with any regular nip-46 signer. Https://nsec.app for example

I believe the problem could be vanadium on grapheneos and not amber

I tried amber with npub.cash on a PC and it didn't work either. It works fine with alby browser extension.
