Is bitrefill a scam? Bought a gift card but didn’t get it. Trying the help chat on their web page just says “messages failed to load”.

Got a “payment detected” mail then nothing. 6+ conf
Using their “track my payment” mempool link shows correct transaction. With 90+ conf now.
Just thought there would be another mail with the actual gift card.
Have checked email spam folder 10 times over a 24h period.
The bitcoin company has a way better process to receive the gift card you purchased
On the Bitcoin company app, you receive the gift card right on their app. So they're not sending you an email with the gift card.
Hi const_cast 🏴☠️🤟😉 nice to meet you 🤝 That sucks, I’ve used Bitrefill many times without problems, but bugs do happen. Try reaching them on Twitter or via email support sometimes their live chat is flaky.
