Anyone have any experience using MCT oil. I've just started using it today, will post an update in a week or so.

A week in and I'm using it to make a bullet proof coffee in the morning and a bullet proof tea in the afternoon.

Dropped 2kg this week but that may be down to giving up alcohol for the new year, however there is a definate drop in appetite and extra energy for around 3 hours after drinking.

I will do another update in a month.

worths the effort. Try to play around 60-70% fat and 30-40% protein, and let the fun of transformation begin. The more animal base the better for you.
