Do anyone know how to block this "Optimism" bot? It comments to every post. And it has at least 3 account

it followed me around yesterday. using amethyst, I was able to report/block.
so far so good.
I've tried it for days, and blocked all of the account belonged to him or them, but it is here again. Extremely annoying. 😕
