Ok don’t laugh (or laugh all you like), I’m in the next phase of self development and have understood that there are habits that need to change for me to break through my current ceiling.

So… I’m doing a reward chart for myself. The tracker apps annoy me as they all want ALL your data and I’m not into sharing that. So the old fashioned dino star chart is now going up.
