I had treadmill motors hooked up to an old chain drive work out bike. I went to aggressive and added to many motors and I'm not a great biker so not way I could have kept constant power. Maybe one larger treadmill motor and then pedal. I think you would be better off Scraping free treadmills and buying solar panels.
