Where will the $USDC to reward cyberpunks at close of every cycle come from?

This shall be provided as 25% of the Reward Fund. The fund shall be replenished from an apportionment of taxes i.e. 20% of taxes and 50% of the Void holdings. Eligibility for $USDC shall be from participating in the previous cycle and subject to retaining the same amount of $cyop or uNFT balance or higher.

The 25% apportionment shall be shared pro-rata amongst the cycle/ vote participants:

* 19% $cyop holders

* 1% matrix glitch - lucky user receives reward

* 5% uNFT holders - those who’ve used a power in the vote

* 75% - Retained in the Reward Fund
