Yes but can not disclose it.
I can just say it will be a wild bumpy ride.
The most important thing is to decentralise and engage locally on communal levels to contain the fallout.
In rural areas where everyone knows everyone those regulations will be harder to sustain then in non personal urban areas where the psyop soldiers have no personal feelings towards citizens and can just go door to door without any backlash.
Drag it out as long as possible and don't comply until the whole thing ultimately collapses, and it will and must because that's what communism always does.
The most efficient way out of it is still staying humble and stacking sats until we shortsqueeze them to oblivion and it all ends like depicted in this short clip.
