What I find scary here is to see this kind of shit relayed without any further digging on what's legit or not.
Don't forget: "don't trust, verify". This applies for everything, otherwise we won't be much better than the hordes of sheeps we can find on Twitter and Facebook
Yes. However, I stand by initial statement, regardless. If they can a abuse it, they will.
Of course they will, but think about it 2 secs. If they don't have legal basis to do so, why would they communicate about it ?
Globally speaking, if you see this kind of "official notes" going around, look for the official institution accounts to check if they broadcasted the note. If not, then it's probably fake.
