Could you should just have it in your name, insure it, and let her drive it?
This was the quote for adding her as insured to my car and then adding her car as a secondary.

As a general rule, insurance follows the vehicle, not the driver.
Such a racket. All the info out there about teen drivers is dictated by state laws or on guidance from insurance companies themselves.
