The murderous Republican party strikes again: A 16-year-old poultry worker has died due to a plant accident in Mississippi. That we have allowed conservative legislatures to bring back child labor, with minimal public comment from a complicit media is absolutely disgusting.

But once again, we will just take the easy route and blame politicians for things getting this bad.

We the public let it get this bad. We need to stop making excuses for us. We get the government we deserve.
