Is there anything relays or the devs in the protocol can do to stop this ? I don't use Twitter since 2 years for some reasons, ads and spam are one of them. I like the decentralized platform (Fediverse, Bluesky, etc) cause they don't have for now this kind of spam (don't know for others but for me it's ok). The spam on #Nostr don't encourage me to continue to use it...

Youll have to look into paid relays to cut the spam. Disabling some default relays may help a bit as well.
Thanks for the suggestion. But if I disable some default relays, is this will impact my timeline and miss some posts ??!

You may miss some content, yes. The free relays can have bot accounts clone indefinitely though while paid relays would cost them.
Nosessence clones itself constantly so it cant be blocked. I had to remove myself from relay.nostr.band to reduce the frequency.
Im not an expert though... Ive been on a perma ban binge myself and havent looked into paid relays yet 😅 Its just what other experienced users tell me
