Ok #100burpees update. After 3 weeks off due to airborne clown world stair injury, went back to burps this morning and knocked off 75 in 5 sets of 15 reps. I did have a brace on the wrist and the finger is padded up, but all in all team #100burpees is back in action again. Buckle up for safety. First and ten lets do it again.
(left asscheek update: Left buttock was completely purple after injury for 2 weeks I am happy to report it is now a dark black and yellow color combo so its healing i guess? :).) Anyway thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.
