Why can't you connect to that relay and fetch the notes? I can do it easily. Try `nak req -a e4641d0eed71d2d0c0f68cd3508d50fcdb1954ac1ccda269ddbb7a7897c22614 -k 1 relay.westernbtc.com` using https://github.com/fiatjaf/nak and let me know.

Or just open the nostrrr.com link I shared above.

Just now the relay connection was successful. All data can be obtained. Posts on August 1, 2023. This relay connection is not very stable. If the connection is not successful, only 8 notes can be seen. If the connection is successful, hundreds of notes can be obtained.
