You can delete. Go to https://delete.nostr.com/, for example, and try.

I wonder why the deletion is still not in clients...

Because it's a terrible idea, a slippery slope and will frustrate everybody.

And kill Nostr probably.

It is for the same reason that you cannot delete emails.
