THERE WILL BE ZERO INFERTILE NOSTRICHES ON MY WATCH!!

I've had friends from high school/college reach out to me who were having infertility problems with their partner, to see if any of my "crazy" health tips could fix the issue.

All of them completely solved in a matter of months when both partners eliminated plants from their diet.

The reason why this works so consistently is straightforward:

a) The human body ALWAYS puts itself first, before a potential baby. IE if your liver is too overloaded with toxins, all your reproductive capabilities will be put in "sleep mode" until you lower that toxin load below a certain threshold.

b) Plants have evolved through millions of years to fill themselves with as many toxins as possible, TO PREVENT PREDATORS FROM EATING THEM. This is how they survive so THEY can reproduce. Thus, they're loaded with defense chemicals that fuck up all sorts of aspects of your biology.

c) Plant-consumption (in the forms of fruit, veg, grains, seed oils, etc.) is the most toxifying habit of the vast majority of humans today. Thus, when you cut these out and revert to the ancestral human diet of most-or-all fatty red meat, your body will finally be able to heal, flush out all those toxins it's accumulated, and go back into baby-making mode πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Ά

For a deeper dive on the topic of infertility, I highly recommend following the work of Dr. Robert Kiltz. He's been on countless podcasts explaining all of the above in detail.

If you know anyone in your life struggling with this issue, share this with them! The world needs more healthy parents & happy kiddos πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦β€οΈ

I guess not being malnourished may play a role too.
